December 2, 2023

Acupuncture combined with diet can achieve better weight loss results. Here is a simple acupuncture weight loss diet plan for everyone to try.

Weight loss is a popular topic nowadays, and acupuncture is a favored method for many. However, acupuncture for weight loss involves using acupoints to promote weight loss, and it should be accompanied by a specific diet for the best results.

A healthy weight loss approach ensures the supply of essential nutrients to the body, such as at least 1 gram of protein per kilogram of body weight for adults, sufficient vitamins, minerals, and water, while reducing the intake of carbohydrates and fats.

Through acupuncture treatment for weight loss, excessive harmful fats in the body are utilized for energy metabolism, fulfilling the body's normal energy needs. This gradually reduces the excess harmful fats in the body, resulting in daily weight loss and achieving the goal of weight loss.

Some people achieve rapid weight loss through acupuncture without considering their health, following strict diet plans where they feel hungry all the time. Such diets are not recommended.

Here is a sample acupuncture weight loss diet plan for reference:

Consume at least 1 cup of milk per day: Insufficient milk intake can lead to the absorption of calcium from the bones, resulting in dull nails and increased susceptibility to injuries during exercise.

One fresh egg per day: Fresh eggs contain high-quality protein and minerals required for daily nutrition. Include a small portion of low-fat fish or meat: The calorie content of a palm-sized portion of fish or meat is about 80 calories. Insufficient intake of fish and meat can lead to fatigue, dry hair, and even physiological imbalances.

Include legumes and soy products: Relying solely on animal protein can lead to "civilization diseases," so legumes and soy products are essential.

Include at least one serving of vegetables in each of the three meals: Insufficient vegetable intake can result in dull skin and the appearance of acne.

Consume an average of one serving of potatoes per day: Potatoes are a source of vitamin C and dietary fiber. They also provide a sense of fullness and can be prepared in various ways, making them a good choice for an acupuncture weight loss menu.

Consume one piece of fruit per day: Vitamin C in vegetables can be lost by heating and cooking, while fruits can be consumed in their freshest state. However, most fruits have high sugar content, so they should be consumed in moderation as snacks or desserts.
