Da Zhui Acupuncture: Da Zhui, the meeting point of the Hand and Foot Taiyang meridians and the Governing vessel, has the function of regulating all yang meridians. It is also known as the sea of yang meridians and is responsible for governing the whole body. It has the effects of dispersing exterior, promoting yang energy, dispelling wind, dispelling cold, clearing the mind, and calming the spirit. It is an important acupoint for health preservation. The commonly used method is mild moxibustion on Da Zhui.
