The Resistance Needle Method: Dynamic Needling for Treating Soft Tissue Injuries

The resistance needle method, also known as the dynamic needling method, is a needle puncture method performed during corresponding movements, used for treating various acute and chronic closed soft tissue injuries.

【Operational Method】

Instruct the patient to perform the painful movement. Find the most painful point while maintaining the position with the most pain. Then, needle below this painful point. After the needle reaches the subcutaneous area, use high-frequency vibration technique with a frequency of over 200 times per minute. While performing the technique, have the patient repeat the above-mentioned most painful movement until the pain disappears or is relieved.

【Indications】

Various acute and chronic closed soft tissue injuries.

【Precautions】

1. Be patient and meticulous when finding the most painful point.

2. This method is contraindicated in severe tendon rupture, fractures, and those with internal bleeding.
