Contentment: Be content whether walking or sitting, whether rich or poor. Do not crave fame or wealth. Be satisfied with what you have and live a life better than that of a deity.

Family Joy: Find joy in the love between husband and wife, parent and child, mother and daughter, and siblings. This will make you feel like you're floating in the sky.

Exercise Joy: Life depends on exercise, as it enhances intelligence and skills. Choose the right time and engage in appropriate physical activities, as it is the key to longevity.

Helping Others: Helping others should be seen as the greatest joy in life. It will make you feel refreshed, open-minded, and undoubtedly contribute to a healthy and long life.

Enjoying Youthfulness: Interact and befriend young people, regardless of age. This will create a pleasant, relaxed, optimistic, and hopeful mood for older people, ensuring good health and delaying the aging process.

Patience: Learn to be patient in small matters that do not violate your principles. It is valuable to be able to compromise and bear a loss.
