The physiological functions of middle-aged and elderly people decline, and some people experience back pain, tinnitus, dizziness, forgetfulness, insomnia, heel pain, nocturia, and tooth loss, which are signs of aging known as "kidney deficiency" in traditional Chinese medicine. Beat the Heavenly Drum: Place the palms tightly against the ears, with the fingers pressing against the back of the head, and then rhythmically flick the fingertips towards the depression in the occiput.
