Instructions
1. Remove bones from the cuttlefish, remove the thin membrane on the surface, and cut it into large pieces to put into a soup pot.
2. Add 3000ml of cold water to the soup pot, add Jinhua ham slices, and bring to a boil over high heat. Skim off the surface foam.
3. Then add tianma slices, old ginger, scallion, Shaoxing yellow wine, and white sugar. Simmer over low heat with the lid on for 80 minutes.
4. Put cleaned oilseed rape in a pot, simmer over medium heat without the lid for 10 minutes, and add salt before serving.

Ingredients
200g wild tianma, 500g chicken kidneys, 10g ham, appropriate amount of monosodium glutamate, chicken stock, pepper, salt, scallion, ginger, and oil.
Instructions
1. Wash the tianma and soak it in chicken stock. Blanch the chicken kidneys in boiling water and cut into slices.
2. Put the tianma and chicken kidneys into a pot, pour in chicken stock, and simmer over low heat for half an hour.
3. Remove the chicken kidneys from the pot and place them in a bowl, then steam them in a steamer for 15 minutes. Unmold the chicken kidneys onto a plate, garnish with tianma slices, and pour the sauce over it. Serve.
