Massage to protect the lungs

Every night before going to bed sitting on a chair, the two knees naturally apart, hands on the thighs, head is closed, the whole body relaxed, intention to keep the Dantian. Inhale in the chest, hold both hands into a hollow fist, tap the lung point on the back dozens of times, while lifting the hand with the palm from both sides of the back from the bottom to the top pat, for about 10 minutes.

This method can relieve the Qi in the chest, has the effect of strengthening the lungs and nourishing the lungs, and helps to discharge the phlegm in the body, and can pass the meridians in the back and prevent colds.

Exercise for lung health

Lung health qigong: the main collection of autumn, so the exercise should be appropriate to static work. For example, in the daily dinner 2 hours after the first 10 to 15 minutes of slow walking, and then find a quiet environment, relatively open place, stand and relax the whole body, eyes slowly forward flat, feet open and shoulder width, palms together palms up, placed in the navel about 3 centimeters below the position, inhale when the abdomen, and then slowly exhale to relax. Practice for half an hour, it is very helpful for lung health.

In addition, cold tolerance exercises, such as washing your face with cold water and showering, are effective in preventing respiratory diseases such as typhoid, cold and bronchitis.
