Ear massage and illustration

The human ear maintains a close relationship with the whole body through the meridians. Regularly patting and massaging the ear can get rid of diseases and fitness. Common ear massage techniques are as follows.

Earlobe massage

Use both thumbs and forefingers to pinch the earlobe, rub it to make it red and hot, then pull the earlobe downward and send it away to let it bounce back. Note that the strength should be light first and then heavy, and press and rub until there is a local feeling of heat.

Pushing and rubbing the two ears

Sitting with your body, place the palms of both hands across the auricles and apply slight pressure, pushing and rubbing backward first. Then push and rub with the back hand, and push and rub with the back hand with the auricle side forward. Repeat this, one after the other, alternately pushing and rubbing until the auricles feel hot.

Push and rub behind the ear

Attach two fingers to the back of the ears on each side and push and rub up and down until the ears feel hot.

Pulling the auricle

Raise one hand from the elbow over the head and reach to the opposite side. Pinch and pull the opposite auricle and pull the ear upward, one after the other, 20-30 times in a row, then switch hands and pull the opposite auricle 20-30 times.

Buckle the Sky Drum

Cover the auricle with the palms of both hands, let the fingers of both hands rest naturally on the back of the head, and tap the middle finger with the index finger of both hands to hear a "rumbling" sound, you can tap 20 times continuously.

Ear tapping

In standing, sitting or lying position, gently pat your ears with the palms of your hands. Pat your ears 10 times a day in the morning, afternoon and evening. Apply 100 strokes each time, as hard as you feel comfortable.
