Today we introduce two breast-enlarging herbal recipes recommended by Traditional Chinese Medicine. This is a health-promoting method that has always been highly regarded by TCM.
Recipe:
(1) Papaya Stewed Pork Ribs:
Ingredients: 1 green papaya, 1/2 pound pork ribs, ginger slices and scallion pieces as needed.
Seasoning: a pinch of salt.
Method:
A. Blanch the pork ribs in hot water, then set aside. Peel and deseed the green papaya, and cut it into small pieces.
B. Put the pork ribs, scallion pieces, and ginger slices into water and bring to a boil over high heat. Add the diced green papaya and simmer over low heat.
C. Simmer until the green papaya is tender, then add a pinch of salt for seasoning.
(2) Snow Fungus and Papaya Soup:
Ingredients: 1 papaya, 25g white wood ear fungus, 15g apricot kernels, 20g almonds.
Seasoning: rock sugar as needed.
Method:
A. Peel and deseed the papaya, then cut it into small pieces. Rinse the white wood ear fungus and soak it in water until soft.
B. Peel the apricot kernels and almonds, rinse them with water, then put all the ingredients into a pot. Add rock sugar and pour in boiling water. Cover and simmer until the ingredients are well-flavored.
