How to Regulate Spleen and Stomach Deficiency

Modern people often have some minor stomach problems, often feeling a slight pain in the stomach, discomfort with extreme cold or heat, and severe pain on an empty stomach that can be relieved after eating. In addition, excessive fatigue or consumption of cold food can easily trigger the pain. How can we solve these problems? ...

Causes of Spleen and Stomach Weakness:

Spleen and stomach weakness is recorded in ancient medical books. "Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun" states: "If the spleen is strong and the form is excessive, there will be abdominal distension, difficult urination, heavy body, bitter hunger, and leg atrophy... This is the excess of the spleen, so it should be purged. If the spleen is deficient, the limbs will not be used, and there will be diarrhea, indigestion, abdominal distension, and intestinal rumbling. This is the deficiency of the spleen."

In summary, the main causes of spleen and stomach weakness are: dietary imbalance, excessive fatigue, and acute or chronic illnesses. These factors deplete the spleen and stomach, causing insufficient digestion and metabolism, leading to spleen and stomach weakness.
