February 6, 2024

Today, those who are able to read this article must be suffering from gallstones themselves or have family members who are. Perhaps, many people may not believe it, and some may even curse me, thinking that I am advertising. I myself don't want to take on such a thankless task. But speaking honestly, I can't bear to see so many patients, using their life savings or borrowing money to blindly seek medical treatment, taking medication, undergoing surgery, and even having their gallbladders removed, which can lead to a series of sequelae and complications, and then spending money to treat these complications. So no matter what you think, I still choose to share several health remedies for treating gallstones with everyone, if it can help even one person.

1. [Dietary remedy: Kumquat and hawthorn porridge]

3. [External remedy: Liver and gallbladder regulating powder]

Fill 0.8g of this powder into the Shenque acupoint, cover it with a thin cotton ball, and wrap it with adhesive tape. Do not let the powder be exposed. Change the medicine every 3 days, 10 times for one treatment course.

4. [Lifestyle remedy: Massage]

Choose the liver, gallbladder, duodenum, and triple burner as the main acupoints, and select Tian Shu, Qi Men, Stomach, Mouth, Lower Rectum, and Anus as complementary acupoints. Use a 0.25 cm² rubber tape and attach a Wang Bu Liao seed in the center, then stick it to the ear acupoint. Rotate between both ears, changing every 30 days for one treatment course. Patients can press the acupoints themselves several times a day, with post-meal pressing being particularly beneficial.

That's all for my introduction. Whether you believe it or not is up to you. Finally, I wish you or your family and friends a speedy recovery.
