3. When the Tianma and jujube mixture is almost done, prepare a frying pan, add a suitable amount of vegetable oil and ginger slices, fry the fish head until both sides are golden brown.

4. Put the fried fish head into the cooking pot, add three bowls of water, continue cooking for 10 minutes. You will notice that the color of the soup turns white and looks good. At this time, add the tofu cut into small pieces, increase the heat and continue boiling.

5. Then pour the fish head soup into a larger clay pot, and cook it with the Tianma and jujube mixture for about 20 minutes. Then add the wolfberries and finally add a little salt to season.
