Insomnia, how to deal with panda eyes? Besides listening to music for hypnosis, what other methods can be used? Let's try some traditional methods!

The hazards of insomnia

  1. Difficulty falling asleep

It doesn't have much impact if it happens once or twice, but if you have difficulty falling asleep for a long time, it's insomnia. Some people, even if they fall asleep, sleep very lightly, and can be easily awakened by the slightest movement.

Other symptoms of insomnia include frequently waking up from nightmares and feeling like you've been having nightmares all night.

Another symptom of insomnia is feeling exhausted even after sleeping for a long time, often feeling fatigued.

  2. Physical symptoms

In daily life, almost all patients with insomnia will have some degree of physical and other biological symptoms after the onset of the disease, such as palpitations, chest tightness, gastrointestinal discomfort, constipation, decreased appetite, and weight loss.

Sleep disorders are prominent, mostly difficulty falling asleep.

  3. Sleep disorders

The main symptoms of this insomnia are insomnia and early awakening.

Many office workers with a tendency for depression often wake up two to three hours before their regular waking time in the morning, and it is difficult for them to fall back asleep.

Treatment methods for insomnia

  1. Drink milk

Milk contains tryptophan, which is a biochemical substance that makes people feel somewhat tired.

People who always have insomnia can fall asleep quickly by drinking a cup of warm milk before bed.

The sleep-inducing effect of milk gradually increases, making sleep even more restful.

  2. Drink vinegar

Prepare a tablespoon of vinegar and pour it into a glass of cold water. It can induce sleep and make you sleep soundly.

If you have a habit of drinking milk, you can also choose to drink some milk.

Both vinegar and milk are helpful for insomnia, so choose one according to your habit, and don't drink both at the same time.

  3. Ginger vinegar water

Every night before going to bed, add 3 slices of ginger to water.

After boiling, add 1 spoonful of vinegar. Make sure the water is warm enough and soak for 30 minutes.

After continuous treatment for half a month, insomnia can be cured.

  4. Gently bite your teeth to help sleep

Lie on your back in bed and gently tap your teeth. Tap twice per second, while counting the number of heartbeats from 1 to 10, and then return to 1.

Generally, you can do 200 to 300 times. People will feel sleepy under the impact and gradually enter the dreamland.
