Presbyopia, also known as "old sight," is a physiological phenomenon that is not a pathological condition or a refractive error. It is a common visual problem that occurs as people enter middle and old age, indicating the beginning of aging. What can you do when you develop presbyopia? Traditional Chinese medicine offers some methods!
Presbyopia
When we talk about "presbyopia," we refer to the situation where older people gradually have difficulties in reading or working at close distances. This is a phenomenon of the body's aging process.
In medical terms, presbyopia is also known as "old sight." It is more common in people over 40 years old. The lens hardens and loses elasticity, the ciliary muscle weakens, leading to reduced accommodation and a shift in the near point, resulting in difficulties in seeing objects at close distances. This phenomenon is called presbyopia.
Treatment methods for presbyopia in Traditional Chinese Medicine

Pour the milk into a pot and bring it to a boil over medium heat. Add the beaten egg and boil it. Then, while it's still hot, add the mixed juice and honey, and stir well. This beverage can be consumed in the morning and evening.
