January 15, 2024

The main causes of stomach diseases are competition pressure, life stress, work pressure, and irregular diet. How can stomach disease patients achieve a healthy diet? First, they must eat meals on time, and it is also necessary to drink some stomach-nourishing porridge.

Common stomach diseases include:

Stomach diseases include gastritis, gastrinoma, gastric retention, gastric antrum inflammation, gastric spasm, gastric bleeding, gastric perforation, gastric polyps, gastric ptosis, gastric calculi, gastric cancer, gastric ulcer, and gastritis.

The most common ones are: chronic superficial gastritis, bile reflux gastritis, and gastric ulcer.

1. Chronic superficial gastritis

When experiencing gastrointestinal discomfort and going to the hospital for an examination, there are no obvious abnormalities. However, after a gastroscopy, it is found to be superficial gastritis, and taking some stomach medicine will resolve it.

But often, superficial gastritis can develop into chronic gastritis. The main symptom is long-term discomfort in the upper abdomen, especially after meals.

Sometimes, there may be belching, burning sensation, and acid reflux. Mental stress can also cause it. Eating spicy food, drinking cold drinks, hot pot, coffee, and alcohol can worsen the condition.

2. Bile reflux gastritis

It is a type of gastritis caused by bile reflux. The more bile refluxes, the more severe the gastritis symptoms, manifested as a burning sensation in the upper left abdomen, also known as heartburn.

When we get angry, mentally stressed, or eat too greasy, it can also worsen gastritis, with symptoms of bitter taste in the mouth.

Because the bile flows into the stomach instead of the small intestine to aid digestion, gastritis patients may have irregular bowel movements and a series of digestive disorders.

3. Gastric ulcer

After eating, there is a feeling of bloating and pain, especially after eating spicy food, the stomach pain worsens.

Duodenal ulcers, on the other hand, cause stomach pain when hungry, especially at night, because the stomach is already empty at midnight.

If gastric ulcers are left untreated for a long time, they can easily transform into cancer. Therefore, it is important to identify them and seek timely treatment without delay.
