(6) Pogostemon Porridge

Take 15 grams of pogostemon (double the amount for fresh ones). Add 180 milliliters of water and boil for 2-3 minutes. Filter out the residue. Clean 50 grams of glutinous rice and cook into porridge. When the porridge is almost cooked, add the pogostemon juice and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Eat it warm 3 times a day. Pogostemon has a pungent and warm nature and is commonly used in summer.
