4. Put the fried fish head into the cooking pot, add three bowls of water and continue to cook for 10 minutes. You will notice that the color of the soup turns white and looks very good. At this time, add the tofu cut into small pieces and bring to a boil over high heat.

5. Then pour the fish head soup into a larger clay pot and cook together with the Tianma and jujube water for about 20 minutes. Then add goji berries and finally add a little salt to season.
