Brain-Boosting Techniques: Massage Your Way to Improved Intelligence and Longevity

January 5, 2024

Regularly massaging the head can not only delay brain aging, improve intelligence, but also prolong life and prevent Alzheimer's disease. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly exercise the brain.

1. Deep Breathing

Stand with your feet apart, close your eyes, clear your mind, raise your arms high, expand your chest and inhale through your nose. Then lower your arms and exhale through your mouth with a little force. Repeat this cycle 8 times.

2. "Combing" the Hair

Combing the hair means rubbing the scalp. Insert both hands into the hair and move from front to back, making a "combing" motion 8 times.

3. Rubbing the Temples

Press the temples on both sides with both thumbs at the same time, rotate and rub them. Rotate clockwise 12 times, then counterclockwise 12 times.

4. Shoulder Exercises

Using the right thumb and the other four fingers, apply pressure symmetrically to the acupoint on the left shoulder, and lift it upward 12 times. Then use the left hand in the same way to lift the right shoulder 12 times.

5. Facial Massage

Also known as "frequent rubbing of the face". After rubbing the hands together to generate heat, rub the facial skin from top to bottom 12 times.

6. "Knocking and Tapping"

Press both hands against the ears, with the index fingers resting on the middle fingers, placed at the back of the head, and gently tap 24 times. Then press the earholes with the palms, suddenly release, and repeat the opening and closing sound 8 times.

When exercising the brain, we should be focused and relaxed, free from distractions. The techniques should start light and gradually increase in intensity, and consistency is key. If the brain is not used for thinking and exercise, it will only lead to cognitive decline and decreased intelligence.
