Can Pregnant Women Eat Xiaolongxia

(1) Xiaolongxia is rich in calcium, phosphorus, and magnesium, but it has a cooling effect and often contains parasites. Do You Know How to Cook Spicy Xiaolongxia?

1. Xiaolongxia is suitable for making spicy Xiaolongxia. To prepare, you will need 1 kilogram of Xiaolongxia, an appropriate amount of doubanjiang (broad bean paste), spicy sauce, and Sichuan peppercorns. You will also need a moderate amount of white wine, sugar, and sesame oil.

Heat oil in a wok, then stir-fry the prepared spices until fragrant. Add doubanjiang and spicy sauce, stir-fry to make red oil.

2. Next, quickly stir-fry the cleaned Xiaolongxia in the wok. After stirring evenly, add salt, monosodium glutamate, and sugar as seasoning. Finally, add chicken broth and simmer for five minutes. After cooking, turn off the heat and do not rush to remove the Xiaolongxia. Let it sit for a while before eating to enhance the flavor.
