       Habit 1: Wake up slowly in the morning

       Avoid jumping out of bed abruptly if possible, as it causes blood to rush upwards, leading to sudden changes in blood pressure and symptoms such as dizziness.

       A better approach is to stay in bed for a while after opening your eyes, move your limbs and head a bit, and then get up after 5 minutes. If you have trouble getting up, you can do some stretching exercises with your eyes closed, which will be very helpful in waking up.

       Habit 2: Have a healthy breakfast

       Providing your body with appropriate nutrition in the morning can give you energy, improve your mood, and replenish the fluids you need throughout the day. Water is essential to ensure proper functioning of your body in the morning, so keep a glass of water by your bedside and develop the habit of drinking it immediately upon waking up.

       It is also important to have a healthy breakfast that includes protein, as it can make you feel energized. Try to avoid processed foods and sugar, and instead choose healthy fats and proteins to create a nutritious breakfast.

       Habit 3: Drink a glass of cold water

       After a night of sleep without any water intake, it is easy for the body to become dehydrated. Drinking a glass of cold water (not ice-cold) is a beneficial way to replenish fluids. It also helps to cleanse the digestive system and freshen your breath, helping you wake up from sleep. You can keep a glass of cold water by your bedside before going to sleep.
