With the rapid development of science and technology, the physical labor of modern women has gradually decreased, and the intensity of labor has also greatly reduced. If we overly rely on automation, electrification, and pursue material enjoyment, and become lazy and averse to physical activity, it will undoubtedly lead to a decline in the functions of various organs and systems in the body, a decrease in immune function, and ultimately a decline in physical fitness and the occurrence of various diseases. Some scholars call this phenomenon "rich and sick." Patients often show symptoms such as obesity, sluggish thinking, laziness in limbs, and weak physical constitution, and often suffer from digestive disorders.
