    Ginger and Perilla Tea

    Tremella Tea

    This tea has the effects of nourishing yin, reducing fire, moistening the lungs, and relieving cough, especially suitable for cough caused by yin deficiency. You can use 20 grams of tremella, 5 grams of tea leaves, and 20 grams of rock sugar. Wash the tremella first, stew it with water and rock sugar, then add the tea leaves to the tremella soup after brewing for 5 minutes, and stir well before consuming.

    Osmanthus Tea

    This tea is suitable for bad breath, toothache caused by wind and fire, toothache caused by stomach heat, and toothache caused by dental caries. You can use 3 grams of osmanthus and 1 gram of black tea or 3 grams of green tea. Brew it with boiling water, cover and let it steep for 10 minutes, then drink it anytime.

    Bitter Gourd Tea

    This tea has the effect of diuresis. Remove the seeds from the bitter gourd, place it in green tea, and hang it in a ventilated place to dry. When drinking, chop 10 grams of bitter gourd and brew it with boiling water.

    Eggplant Stem Tea
