Salicornia 20g, Polygonatum 20g, Rhizoma Dioscoreae 15g, Lotus Seeds 15g, Euryale Ferox Seeds 15g, Lily 15g, Honey Dates 2 pieces, Lean Meat 200g, Salt to taste

【Method for Making Traditional Qingbu Soup】

1. Soak all the herbs in 1200ml of water for 1 hour.

2. Boil a small pot of water, blanch the diced lean meat to remove the fishy smell, pour out the fishy water, and set the meat aside.

3. Cook the herbs and the soaked water with the lean meat. Boil over high heat, then simmer for 1.5 hours over low heat.

4. Turn off the heat and add salt to taste.
