  1. Squatting

  3. Resting After Waking Up

  According to incomplete statistics, more than 2 million people die from stroke every year. In cases of stroke and sudden death, about 25% occur the moment after waking up in the morning. Therefore, when you wake up in the morning, don't rush to get up. Lie still in bed for 2-3 minutes before sitting up. After sitting for 2-3 minutes, then stand up. Hong Zhaoguang, the chief health education expert at the Ministry of Health, explains that sudden changes from a lying position to a sitting position, or even getting out of bed and moving around, can cause a rapid change in blood pressure and lead to acute cerebral hypoxia and ischemia, causing falls.

  4. Practice Yoga

  A study from West Virginia University in the United States shows that for people with mild to moderate back pain, practicing yoga for 90 minutes twice a week can reduce back pain by 56% and decrease depression index by 60%. If you don't have the means to practice yoga, you can lie down and relax, allowing every part of your body to touch the surface of the bed, which can also relieve back pain.
