Ingredients: 60 grams of sesame root, 40 grams of Shan Zhu Yu, 40 grams of Xianling spleen, 30 red dates, 100 grams of sticky rice.

Two, Duzhong chicken
Ingredients: one black-bone chicken, about 500 grams, 30 grams of fried Duzhong, 20 grams of Nvzhenzi, 30 grams of Sangjiseng.
