Main Ingredients: 50g Carrots, 50g Potatoes, 80g Cucumbers, 50g Ham Sausage, 75g Eggs

Seasonings: 1g Pepper, 10g Sugar, 2g Salt, 15g Salad Dressing

Preparation Method:

1. Wash and dice the carrots. Peel the potatoes, cook them, and mash them into a paste. Dice the cucumbers and marinate them with a little salt. Cut the ham into small pieces. Boil the eggs, dice the egg whites, and crush the egg yolks for later use.

2. Mix the diced carrots, cucumbers, ham, and egg whites into the mashed potatoes. Add a little pepper, sugar, and salad dressing. Mix well and sprinkle with crushed egg yolks.
