Love and Care: The Key to Healthy and Beautiful Breasts

December 6, 2023

The S-shape is the highest score given by women to themselves. Beautiful breasts make women more beautiful, but the beauty brought by breasts requires us to take care of them with care! Give breasts more attention, more health! Understand her, love her, treat her well, and give her health insurance: including daily breast care and self-examination. Then you can have healthy and beautiful breasts for a lifetime.

1. Change dietary habits and adopt a low-fat, high-fiber diet, including grains (whole wheat), vegetables, and legumes.

2. Massage the breasts regularly. Gentle massage of the breasts can help excess fluids return to the lymphatic system. When massaging, first apply soap to the breasts and rotate your fingers along the surface of the breasts in a circular motion about the size of a coin. Then use your hands to press and bounce the breasts, which is greatly beneficial for preventing breast discomfort.

3. Wear supportive bras. In addition to preventing sagging breasts, the most important role of bras is to prevent further compression of the already compressed breast nerves and eliminate discomfort. Observant sisters will notice that those joggers wear supportive bras for this health reason.

4. Avoid diuretics. Diuretics do help eliminate fluids in the body and reduce breast swelling. But this immediate relief comes at a cost. Excessive use of diuretics can lead to potassium loss, disrupt electrolyte balance, and affect glucose formation.

5. Avoid salty and spicy sausages. High-salt foods can cause breast swelling, especially during the 7-10 days before menstruation, these foods should be avoided.

6. Try hot compress. Hot compress is a traditional Chinese medical treatment that can relieve breast pain. It can be done using hot compress bags, hot water bottles, or taking hot baths. If alternating hot and cold compresses are used, the effect of eliminating breast discomfort will be better.

7. Prevent obesity. For excessively obese women, losing weight can help alleviate breast swelling and pain.

8. Apply castor oil to the chest. Castor oil contains a substance that can enhance the function of T11 lymphocytes, which can accelerate the recovery of various infections and alleviate pain. The method is to drop castor oil on a cotton cloth folded into four layers, let it absorb the castor oil, but do not make it too wet to avoid dripping. Apply this cloth to the breasts, cover it with a layer of plastic wrap, and then place a hot compress bag on top. Adjust the temperature of the hot compress bag to a level that you can tolerate and apply for one hour.

9. Consume a vitamin-rich diet. Foods rich in vitamin C, calcium, magnesium, and vitamin B group should be included in the diet. These vitamins help regulate the production of prostaglandin E. Also, eat less artificial butter, as the hydrogenated fat in it can interfere with the conversion of essential fatty acids (from food) into gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), and GLA promotes the formation of prostaglandin E, which in turn inhibits the production of lactogenic hormones.

10. Stay away from coffee. Whether caffeine causes breast discomfort has not been proven. However, according to medical surveys, many women with breast pain and other benign symptoms have significant improvement after quitting caffeine. Therefore, you have to completely give up coffee, which means completely giving up soda, chocolate, ice cream, tea, and caffeine-containing painkillers.

11. Avoid indiscriminate use of drugs. Some people indiscriminately take anti-inflammatory drugs or antibiotics to relieve breast swelling and pain, which is incorrect and dangerous because breast swelling and pain should not be treated with topical corticosteroids.

Give breasts more attention, more health! Regular check-ups are key to preventing breast diseases. Don't wait until your body sends a signal to pay for your health.
