1. Pain relief and heat-clearing: Stewed duck egg with Rehmannia glutinosa

Ingredients: 20g Rehmannia glutinosa, 1 to 2 duck eggs

Instructions: Steam the ingredients with an appropriate amount of water. After the eggs are cooked, remove the shells and stew them in the broth for 20 minutes. Add rock sugar for taste. Consume the egg with the broth once a day or 2 to 3 times a week.

2. Kidney tonifying and bone strengthening: Stewed Eucommia ulmoides with pig kidney

Ingredients: 25g Eucommia ulmoides, 1 pig kidney

Instructions: Steam the above ingredients in a double boiler for 1 hour.

3. Qi boosting and pain relief: Fish soup with Pueraria lobata

Ingredients: 250g Pueraria lobata, 1 fresh fish (gutted and cleaned)

Instructions: Boil the above ingredients in an appropriate amount of water. After the fish is cooked, add ginger slices, oil, and salt for taste. Consume the fish and the soup.

4. Heat clearing and blood pressure lowering: Pork soup with Prunella vulgaris

Ingredients: 10g Prunella vulgaris, 50 to 100g lean pork, water

Instructions: Boil the above ingredients together. After the pork is cooked, add a little salt for taste. Consume the meat and the broth.
