2. Lian Tea
Ingredients: 0.2g Xixin, 1g Huanglian, 3g Green Tea

Uses: Oral ulcers, oral thrush, excessive salivation, swollen and painful gums
3. Qi Tea

Function: Dispels wind and dampness, reduces swelling and relieves pain; has antibacterial properties
Uses: Headache, toothache, cold and damp abdominal pain, abnormal vaginal discharge, boils and ulcers
5. Wu Tea
Ingredients: 5g Bai Zhi, 0.2g Zhi Wutou, 3g Green Tea
Usage: Brew with 250ml boiling water and drink when the taste becomes light
Function: Dispels wind and relieves pain
Uses: Headache and eye pain
6. Zhi Xin Tea
Ingredients: 5g Bai Zhi, 3g Xinyi, 3g Fangfeng, 3g Canger, 3g Chuanxiong, 3g Green Tea
Usage: Boil Bai Zhi, Xinyi, Fangfeng, Canger, and Chuanxiong in 400ml water, then brew with Green Tea for 10 minutes before drinking. Can also be brewed directly.

10. Ying Tea
Ingredients: 5g Qianghuo, 3g Dandelion, 3g Isatis Root, 3g Green Tea
Usage: Brew with 300ml boiling water and drink when the taste becomes light
Function: Clears heat and reduces inflammation
Uses: Fever due to common cold, tonsillitis
11. Feng Tea

13. Fu Tea
Ingredients: 5g Qianghuo, 1g Fuling, 3g Dried Ginger, 3g Licorice, 3g Black Tea
