Massage Technique 1
Pour a small amount of massage oil on your hands (or directly onto your chest), and then evenly apply it to your chest. If you feel that the massage is not very smooth, or if you feel any discomfort, you can add a small amount of massage oil at any time. The massage technique can be done in four steps:
1. With your thumb on one side and the other four fingers together on the other side, open your hand wide and push from the outer side of the chest to the center to prevent the chest from spreading out. Do this 30 times on each side.
2. Keep your hands in the same shape and start from the left breast. Use your left hand to push the left breast from the outside to the center, and at the same time, use your right hand to push the left breast from below to above, all the way up to the clavicle.
This means that the two hands push the left breast alternately. After repeating 30 times, switch to the right breast. This action is very important.
3. Shape your hands like a cup, with your fingers slightly apart, so that they can cover the breast. Bend slightly at the waist, and after covering the breast with both hands, lift it from the bottom (not the lower part) towards the nipple. Repeat 20 times.
4. Massage the breasts in a circular motion until all the remaining essential oil on the chest is absorbed.
Massage Technique 2
Effect: Tighten the chest muscles, strengthen support, and make your breasts firmer.
1. Place your hands under your arms and massage in a circular motion along the outer edge of the breasts.
2. With both hands, pull up from below the breasts towards the left and right sides, until reaching the clavicle.
3. Place your hands above the nipples and massage in a spiral motion upwards.
Massage Technique 3
Effect: Stimulate breast tissue and promote breast growth.
1. Use your fingers to circle around the entire breast tissue, and hold for 3 seconds each time.
2. Open both hands and press from the cleavage area downwards in parallel until reaching the outer edge of the breasts.
3. Make a figure-eight motion between the two breasts.
Massage Technique 4
Effect: Prevent the breasts from sagging.
1. Start from the center of the breasts and make circular motions upwards until reaching the clavicle.
2. Start from the outer edge of the breasts and make small circles in a spiral motion.
3. Gently hold both sides of the breasts with your palms and slightly pull upwards, but not too hard.
Massage Technique 5
Effect: Stretch the muscles from the armpit to the lungs, stimulate the breasts, and lift the chest curve.
1. Stand up straight, raise your right hand and stretch it upwards, while extending your right foot downwards.
2. After holding for five seconds, switch to stretching your left hand and left foot, and try to stretch your body as straight as possible.
