One-finger Zen pushing method
(1) Finger tip one-finger Zen pushing method: use the tip of the thumb to exert force on a certain area or acupoint. Through the flexion and extension of the interphalangeal joints and the swinging of the wrist joint, the force generated will continuously act on the treatment area. When operating, pay attention to sinking the shoulders, drooping the elbows, suspending the wrists, keeping the palm hollow, the fingers solid, and push tightly and move slowly.
(2) Peak-biased one-finger Zen pushing method: use the peak of the thumb to exert force on a certain area or acupoint. (3) Grooved surface one-finger Zen pushing method: use the grooved surface of the thumb to exert force on a certain area or acupoint. This method can also use the grooved surface of the thumb to exert force on a certain area, with the other four fingers attached to the other side of the limb, and through the flexion and extension of the interphalangeal joints and the swinging of the wrist joint, the force generated will continuously act on the treatment area.
(4) Kneeling pushing method: use the back side of the interphalangeal joint of the thumb to exert force on the treatment area, and use the swinging of the wrist joint to continuously apply force to the treatment area.
(5) Butterfly pushing method: use both hands to perform peak-biased one-finger Zen pushing method on the forehead of the patient at the same time, called butterfly pushing method.
Rolling method
(1) Side rolling method: exert force on a certain area with the back of the hand near the little finger, using the back of the little finger metacarpophalangeal joint as the fulcrum, slightly flex and relax the elbow joint, rotate the forearm and flex and extend the wrist joint, so that the force generated will continuously act on the treatment area. (2) Standing rolling method:
Use the back and palm joints of the little finger, ring finger, and middle finger to exert force on a certain area, with the back of the little finger metacarpophalangeal joint as the fulcrum, extend the elbow joint, rotate the forearm and flex and extend the wrist joint, so that the force generated will continuously act on the treatment area.

Massage has been passed down in China for more than 2,000 years. It has the functions of regulating nerve function, promoting blood circulation, improving the body's ability to resist diseases, relaxing tendons and activating collaterals, and reducing inflammation and dispersing stasis to relieve pain. The commonly used health massage methods are as follows:
1. Head bath
Place both palms on the forehead, rub slightly to the lower forehead, then turn towards the ears on both sides of the head, gently rub across the top of the head, and return to the forehead. This is considered as 1 time. Repeat 10 times, then evenly and lightly knead the roots of the whole head ten times. This can regulate the Bai meridians, make the blood and qi unobstructed, make the complexion rosy, and reduce wrinkles.
2. Knocking bamboo acupoint
Alternately tap the bilateral bamboo acupoints (located in the middle of the eyebrow depression) with the protruding part of the flexed thumb, 15-20 times per acupoint, with moderate force. This has the effect of relieving frontal pain, eye swelling, and relieving eye fatigue.
3. Eye rotation
Sit upright, rotate both eyes to the left 5 times, then focus forward for a moment, then rotate to the right 5 times, and focus forward again. This is very beneficial for protecting eyesight.
4. Pressing bright
Use the index fingers of both hands to press the bilateral Jingming acupoints (0.1 inch above the inner corner of the eye) for 15-30 seconds, with moderate discomfort. This has the effect of relieving eye pain and improving vision.
5. Rubbing eyelids
Use the thumbs of both hands to lightly press and rotate the upper eyelids, and rotate in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions 20 times. This has the effect of relieving eye pain and improving vision.
6. Pressing Taiyang

7. Knocking teeth
Close your mouth lightly, and lightly knock your upper and lower teeth against each other 20-30 times. This has the effect of preventing loose teeth and promoting digestion.
8. Rubbing the bridge of the nose

9. Dry face

11. Ringing the heaven drum

Finally, insert the index fingers into the ear holes and rotate them 3 times, and then suddenly release. This is considered as 1 time, and should be done 3-5 times. 12. Rubbing the chest
Place both palms on the upper outer side of the two breasts, rotate and rub clockwise and counterclockwise 10 times. This has the effects of accelerating blood flow and reducing fatigue of the chest muscles.
13. Pinching the shoulder muscles
Pinch the left shoulder muscles with the right thumb, index finger, and middle finger, and pinch the right shoulder muscles with the left hand, cross them and repeat 10 times. This has the effect of relaxing the shoulders and relieving fatigue.
14. Pressing Shenque
Press the middle point of the line connecting the two nipples with the tip of the thumb, press for about 30 seconds, and suddenly release. Repeat this 5 times. This has the effects of refreshing the chest, regulating qi, relieving pain, and stopping wheezing.
15. Su Hua Gai
Sit upright, calm the mind, take a deep breath, and then exhale slowly, repeat 10 times. This has the effects of rejuvenating the old, invigorating the lungs, and improving respiratory function.
16. Opening the chest corridor
Spread the five fingers of both hands, place them on both sides of the chest, and slide the fingertips along the intercostal space from the inside to the outside, repeating 10-15 times. This has the effects of expanding the chest, regulating qi, and stopping coughing and wheezing.
17. Relaxing the large intestine
Place one hand on the waist, and spread the other hand's five fingers with the fingertips pointing downwards. Rub and knead from the epigastric fossa along both sides of the navel to the lower abdomen, then to the right and up to the lower right rib, and then to the left. 18. Separating yin and yang

19. Rubbing the knee joints
Sit or stand, rub the left lateral condyle of the femur (one-third of the distance between the greater trochanter of the femur and the sacral foramen) with the tip of the left thumb, then rub the right lateral condyle of the femur with the tip of the right thumb, cross them and repeat 10 times. This has the effects of invigorating the meridians, strengthening tendons, and promoting foot strength.
20. Rubbing the heels
Use both hands to tightly press the heels, and vigorously rub down to the coccyx, with the left and right hands simultaneously performing the action, a total of 30 times. This has the effects of strengthening the waist and kidneys and preventing and treating lower back pain.
21. Swinging both hands
Let both arms hang naturally, swing them forward and backward 30-50 times. This has the effects of relaxing the shoulders, arms, wrists, and finger joints, promoting blood circulation, and enhancing arm function.
22. Beating the shoulders
Hold both hands into fists and pat the upper limbs from the shoulders to the wrists on the opposite side, a total of 20-30 times. This has the effects of unblocking meridians, flexing joints, preventing arthritis, and relieving arm soreness.
23. Top ten fingers
