1. Massage the lower abdomen
Position: The lower abdomen between the navel and the external genitalia, with the left and right anterior superior iliac spines as boundaries.
Method: Place your hands on the middle of the lower abdomen, press the abdomen tightly, and slowly massage the abdomen at a frequency of about 10 times per minute until there is a warm sensation in the lower abdomen. Repeat for 5 minutes.

2. Press the waist eyes
Position: There is a concave area on both sides of the third vertebral spinous process in the back, which is the location of the waist eyes.

3. Press and rub the uterus

Position: The uterus acupoint is located in the lower abdomen, about one palm width below the navel (4 inches below the navel). There is a point on each side that is three horizontal finger widths away from the midline.
Method: Use the index and middle fingers of both hands to press the uterus acupoints on both sides, apply slight pressure, and gently rub in a circular motion until there is a sense of soreness and swelling. Repeat for 5 minutes, and the best result is when there is a warm sensation in the abdominal cavity.
Effect: Regulates blood circulation, resolves stasis, regulates Qi, and relieves pain. It is used to treat female infertility, irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, uterine prolapse, appendicitis, pelvic inflammatory disease, etc.
4. Massage the Yinlingquan acupoint
Position: On the inner side of the lower leg, in the depression between the lower edge of the tibia and the inner edge of the tibia.
Method: When massaging the Yinlingquan acupoint, place the tip of your thumb on the acupoint, and first massage in a clockwise direction for 2 minutes, then press and hold for half a minute, with a sense of soreness and swelling.
