Massage for health is the practice of stimulating meridian points with specific hand techniques in order to promote vitality, treat illnesses, and enhance longevity.

1. Apply pressure with the middle fingertips of both hands and rub the sides of the nose from the nostrils to the bridge of the nose, repeating until the sides of the nose feel warm.
2. Make a fist and use the thumb and index finger to grip the entire earlobe, vigorously rub and massage until the earlobe feels warm.
