Massage is one of the ancient health preservation methods that has been passed down in China. Massage mainly stimulates people's reactions by pressing on acupoints in order to promote blood circulation, clear meridians, and relieve fatigue. Today, I will bring you some knowledge about massage. Let's take a look at my specific introduction below.
Massage the Five Important Acupoints of the Body
Winter is prone to illness. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the crisscrossing meridians are the ties that connect various organs, and acupoints are the functional and sensitive points on these ties. When stimulated, acupoints can open meridians, regulate qi and blood circulation, expel evil and support righteousness, and regulate diseases.
Modern medical research has proven that massaging the five important acupoints of the body can significantly improve the functions of multiple systems in the human body, including the nervous system, endocrine system, respiratory system, circulatory system, and digestive system.
Ren Zhong Acupoint
"Pounding the Chest and Stamping the Feet" for Longevity
Location: Located in the middle of the front central line of the body, at the midpoint between the 4th ribs, and along the line connecting the two nipples.
Function: Stimulating this acupoint can promote blood circulation, widen the chest, relieve coughing, and alleviate wheezing. It is particularly effective in treating various "qi" diseases, including respiratory system and digestive system diseases such as asthma, chest tightness, palpitations, restlessness, and angina pectoris. It can also treat postpartum insufficient lactation, mastitis, intercostal neuralgia, and gastroesophageal spasm.
Operation: You can cross your hands and make hollow fists, then pound this acupoint. Alternatively, you can close your four fingers together and use the fingertip to make clockwise circular motions or push and knead from top to bottom. Do this at least 100 times per day for 2 to 3 minutes. Modern medicine has proven that the aging process of the body starts from the thymus gland, so regularly "pounding the chest and stamping the feet" can promote longevity.

It is also known as "Female Three Miles" and has the function of harmonizing qi and blood, nourishing the kidneys, and nourishing the liver.
