The Guan Yuan acupuncture point is located in the lower abdomen, on the midline, 3 inches below the navel and 2 inches above the pubic symphysis.
Indications
Various disorders of the reproductive system. It is especially effective in treating infertility, impotence, premature ejaculation, dysmenorrhea, and irregular menstruation.
Procedure
The vibrating method involves placing both hands on the Guan Yuan acupuncture point and repeatedly rubbing and kneading it. It is simple and can be done anytime, anywhere.
