The Yongquan acupoint is an important acupoint on the kidney meridian. Regularly massaging this acupoint has the effects of nourishing kidney essence, strengthening the kidneys, invigorating tendons and bones, and benefiting the marrow.

The Yongquan acupoint is located on the sole of the foot, in the front third of the foot when flexed. The specific massage method is as follows: Sit cross-legged before bed, use both hands to massage or press the Yongquan acupoint on both sides with bent fingers, applying enough pressure to feel a sore and swollen sensation, repeating 50 to 100 times each time.
