Treatment methods for snoring:

1. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment:

- Method 1: Take 10 grams of Gentian grass and 10 grams of Chinese angelica. Soak them in water for more than 1 hour, then bring to a boil over high heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Pour out the liquid and repeat the process for a second time. Mix the two batches of liquid together and take them in two doses before bedtime. Repeat for three nights for best results.

- Method 2: Take 5-10 peppercorns and soak them in a cup of hot water before bedtime. Let the water cool down completely before drinking (do not swallow the peppercorns). Repeat for five days.

- Method 3: Adjust your pillow to a lower height and use nasal drops before bedtime for better breathing.

2. Use a mouthwash that contains resin oil before bedtime. Dilute 3-4 drops of mouthwash with warm water and gargle to reduce and stop snoring. The mouthwash improves blood supply to the throat mucosa, preventing the soft palate and uvula from vibrating and reducing or stopping snoring.

3. Massage the acupoints:

- Massage the center of the forehead with the knuckle of your thumb before bedtime. There is a small depression above the bridge of the nose, massage it for a while.

- Press the "tiger's mouth" acupoint between the thumb and index finger of each hand.

- Apply pressure to the fingertip of the index finger with the thumbnail of the other hand, about 2mm away from the nail gap.

- Massage the area 1 and a half fingers wide on both sides of the nose, just below the eye exercises.

By following these methods, you can effectively treat snoring and improve the quality of your sleep. Don't let snoring continue to disturb your restful nights.
