Traditional Chinese medicine has proven that massaging the hands can effectively improve blood circulation, unblock meridians, harmonize qi and blood, and have a therapeutic effect. Moving the hands can improve blood circulation and enhance hand function, maintaining flexibility. The specific methods are as follows:
1. Rubbing the back and palm of the hand. Place the palm of the right hand on the back of the left hand, with the fingers of both hands facing in opposite directions. Extend both hands and use the palm of the right hand to rub the back of the left hand, moving both palms towards the cuff. The rubbing speed should be even, rubbing 16 to 24 times. Then switch to using the palm of the left hand to rub the back of the right hand.
2. Rubbing the sides of the fingers. With the palms of both hands facing each other, cross the fingers and rub against each other 16 to 24 times.
3. Pressing the fingertips. With the palms of both hands facing each other, press the fingertips of both hands against each other with force 16 to 24 times.
4. Twisting the fingers. Use the thumb and index finger of one hand to rotate the joints of the other hand's fingers, using a rubbing or twisting motion, do this continuously for 16 to 24 times. Alternate between both hands.
