  3. Yaoyan Acupoint

  Location: Located in the lower part of the fourth lumbar spinous process, about 3.5 inches laterally.

  Method: Sit upright and massage. Make fists with both hands naturally facing backwards, press and rotate the Yaoyan acupoint with the raised knuckles of the index fingers, and apply force. The massage should feel sore and swollen. Each time, you can massage for 5 minutes. Persisting in this practice for a long time can have a good effect on strengthening the waist and nourishing the kidneys.
