1. Preparation
Sit or stand, relax your whole body, close your eyes slightly, breathe evenly, and rest for 1-2 minutes.
2. Pinching Hegu acupoint
Use the tip of the thumb to pinch the Hegu acupoint on the opposite side, and the other four fingers are placed in the palm. Pinch and press gradually from light to heavy for 0.5-1 minute.
Effect: Dispels wind, releases the surface, activates collaterals, and relieves pain.
3. Rubbing Xiaguan acupoint
Use the middle finger or index finger of both hands to press and rub the Xiaguan acupoint on the same side of the face, apply appropriate force for 0.5-1 minute.

4. Pressing Cheche acupoint

6. Pinching Shaohai acupoint

10. Pushing Xingjian acupoint
Use the thumb pad of one hand to press on the Xingjian acupoint, and apply appropriate force to push up and down for 0.5-1 minute.
