6. When examining patients of the opposite sex and performing massage, be serious and solemn. Especially when massaging female patients, avoid breasts and genitals. 7. For health massage (whether it is self-massage or performed by others), perseverance is necessary to achieve the purpose of preventing and treating diseases and strengthening the body.

8. After the massage, the person being massaged should feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the body, and the original symptoms should change. Sometimes there may be varying degrees of fatigue, which is a common reaction. After the massage, pay attention to proper rest, avoid cold stimulation, and do not cause further injury. It is necessary to cooperate with the treatment and maintain the treatment effect.
