(One) Head tapping routine
(1) Use the palm of your hand (right or left) to tap the Baihui acupoint on the top of your head, generally tapping 36 times on each side;
(2) Use the palm of your hand (right or left) to tap the Xing acupoint and Shenting acupoint on your forehead, tapping 36 times on each side;
(3) Simultaneously tap the front of your head with both hands, from your forehead to the top of your head, tapping 36 times on each side;
(4) Simultaneously tap the sides of your head with both hands, tapping 36 times on each side;
(5) Simultaneously tap from the sides of your head to the Fengchi acupoint on the back of your head, using a top-down tapping method, generally tapping 5 times;
(6) Use the palm of your hand (right or left) to tap from the top of your head to the Fengfu acupoint on the back of your head, using a top-down tapping method, generally tapping 5 times. Keep your mouth and eyes closed during head tapping;
(7) After finishing the tapping, pat and rub the face (dry bath). For the dry bath method, rub your hands together, press the palms firmly against the lower part of both cheeks, and push upward along the sides of the nose, passing through the area between the eyes and reaching the forehead. Separate the palms, then pull down along the temples and in front of the ears, and return to the original position. Repeat for 1 minute.
(Two) Neck tapping routine
(1) Use the palm of your hand (right or left) to tap the back of your neck, starting from the Fengfu acupoint and tapping until the back of the neck. Tilt your head and neck slightly forward for easier tapping. Generally tap 5 times;
(2) Use your left hand to tap the left side of your neck, starting from the Fengchi acupoint and tapping until the shoulder and neck area. Tilt your head and neck slightly to the right for easier tapping. Then use your right hand to tap the right side of your neck, using the same method as before.
