Nourishing Your Eyes: Traditional Chinese Medicine Eye Acupoints Massage for Eye Health

December 7, 2023

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the essence and energy of the five organs and six viscera all flow up to the eyes. The eyes can see when they receive enough blood. When our eyes experience symptoms such as dryness, inability to endure prolonged viewing, tearing in the wind, and blurred vision, it is a warning sign that our body's essence and blood are deficient and insufficient to nourish the eyes. In daily life and work, we can use traditional Chinese medicine health measures to protect our eyes. To improve eye fatigue, effectively protect the eyes, and assist in the treatment of eye diseases, traditional Chinese medicine can use syndrome differentiation to massage the acupoints around the eyes.
