Effective Acupressure Techniques for Daily Relief

1. Pressing the pericardium meridian: Follow the midline of the inner side of the upper arms and press downwards, focusing on the tender points. Do this 1-2 times daily.

2. Rubbing Shenmen acupoint: Shenmen acupoint is located on the ulnar side depression of the flexor carpi ulnaris tendon at the distal end of the wrist crease. Before going to bed, use the fingertip of the thumb to rub the Shenmen acupoint on the other hand. It should feel slightly sore and swollen. Repeat this process 30 times on each hand.

3. Rubbing Yongquan acupoint before sleep: Before going to bed, lie on your back with slightly bent legs. Rub the soles of your feet against the bed, moving up and down. Do this 30 times daily.

4. Pinch and knead the earlobes: Pinch the earlobes with the thumbs and index fingers of both hands and gently knead them, causing a sore and painful sensation. Knead for about 2 minutes.

5. Scalp tapping method: Use the fingertips to tap the scalp with the four fingers bent, excluding the thumbs. Tap in the directions of the front hairline, top of the head, back of the head, and back of the neck, covering three rows: left, middle, and right. Do this 3-5 times a day, for at least 5 minutes each time. Alternatively, you can use a comb, following the same method.
