Heart massage therapy has the functions of nourishing blood, calming the mind, regulating blood vessels, calming and eliminating anxiety, promoting sweating and preserving youth. It makes people feel refreshed, energetic, improves blood supply to the heart, enhances heart function, and prevents and treats coronary heart disease. Methods: ① Rub Renzhong and Juque acupoints. Use three fingers to rub the midline of the front chest, and rub the Renzhong acupoint at the fourth intercostal space for 2 minutes; rub the Juque acupoint 6 inches above the navel for 2 minutes. ② Push the sternum. Use the thumb to push from the Renzhong acupoint down to the Jiuwei acupoint, repeat the procedure more than 10 times. ③ Push the ribs. Use both thumbs to push down from the upper edge of the ribs to both sides for 1-3 minutes. ④ Massage the breast. Use both hands to gently massage around the breast and nipple for 1 minute. ⑤ Rub the chest. Rub the palms to generate heat, and rub the left side of the chest to the midline of the armpit for 1 minute. ⑥ Rub the arms. Use the fingers to rub the inner side of the upper arm, focusing on the Heart Meridian and Pericardium Meridian, and pay special attention to rubbing the Neiguan acupoint to the Neiguan acupoint for 1-3 minutes. ⑦ Press Shenmen and Taiyuan acupoints, lift the arms. Use the thumb to press and rub the Shenmen acupoint on the ulnar side of the wrist crease, and the Taiyuan acupoint on the radial side of the wrist crease for 1 minute each, and lift the arms several times. ⑧ Grasp Jianjing acupoints. Use four fingers to grasp the prominent tendons on both sides of the shoulders several times. ⑨ Rub Jueyinshu, Xinyu, and Geyu acupoints. Use both thumbs to press and rub the Jueyinshu, Xinyu, and Geyu acupoints on the back, which are 1.5 inches away from the lower edge of the 4th, 5th, and 7th thoracic vertebrae for 1 minute each, and then rub several times.
