The methods are as follows: ① Massage Zhongfu. Use the thumbs of both hands to massage the sides of the chest, 6 inches from the midline, in the middle of the first rib gap, for 1-2 minutes. ② Rub Tanzhong. Press the fish junction point (the midpoint on the radial side of the first metacarpal) with both hands, pull and lift the upper limbs several times. ⑧ Massage Quechi and Waiguan. Use the thumb to massage Quechi point (bend the elbow, at the outer end of the elbow transverse line), and Waiguan point (2 inches above the back of the wrist transverse line, between the radial and ulnar bones) for 1 minute each. ⑨ Tap the chest and back. Lightly tap the chest and back with the hollow of the palm for about 10 times.
