(Five) Patting Routine for Chest and Flanks

(1) Pat the left armpit with the left arm raised, use the right palm to pat the left armpit, usually patting 36 times on each side. Then pat the left ribs, pat the left flank from top to bottom and bottom to top repeatedly. When patting the flank, pat from the lower back to the side hip, then from the side hip to the armpit. Usually pat up and down 2-3 times;

(2) Use the left hand to pat the right armpit and right flank, method is the same as the first step. Patients with heart, lung, and breast diseases should pat this area more.

(Six) Patting Routine for Chest and Abdomen

(1) Simultaneously pat both sides of the chest and abdomen with both palms, pat from the clavicle to the root of the thighs on both sides, can pat in a straight line or pat up and down repeatedly. Usually pat 5-8 times;

(2) Pat the center of the chest, namely Ren Meridian (should pat lightly), pat from the Jugular Fossa acupoint to the Pubic Bone acupoint. Can pat in a straight line or pat up and down repeatedly. Usually pat 5-8 times.

(Seven) Patting Routine for Shoulders and Upper Arms

(1) Pat the left shoulder all around with the right palm, then pat the inner side of the left arm, along the left shoulder, forearm, upper arm, elbow, wrist, palm;

(2) Continue from the first step, flip the arm, pat the outer side of the left arm, that is, from the back of the hand, outer side of the wrist, forearm, outer side of the upper arm, outer side of the elbow, back to the shoulder. Usually pat the arm back and forth 2-3 times;

(3) Pat the right shoulder all around with the left palm, then pat the right arm, same method as above.

(Eight) Patting Routine for Coccyx and Lumbar Sacral Region

(1) Alternate patting the coccyx bone with the back of both palms, usually pat 36 times on each side;

(2) Alternate patting the lumbar sacral region (that is, the lower back) with the back of both palms.
