Section 1: Relaxation
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, arms naturally hanging down. Breathe slowly and evenly, gaze straight ahead with a natural expression and relaxed mood. Palms facing downward, slowly raise both arms until they reach the top of the head, palms facing upward. At the same time, expand your chest and take a deep breath. Inhale naturally and evenly, and then slowly lower your arms back to the starting position. Exhale slowly, releasing any stagnant energy. Repeat 6 times.
Section 2: Knee Rubbing
Lower both hands to the inside of the knees and bring them together in a prayer position. Bend forward, squatting down while pressing your knees with your palms. Then, lift and lower your heels alternately, rubbing your palms together. Repeat 12 times.
Section 3: Eye and Face Massage
Stand upright with feet together. Place both hands together in front of the body, covering the thighs. Pause for a moment, then gently press the root of your palms against your eyes 12 times. Keep your palms covering your eyes and rotate your eyeballs left and right 8 times. Open and close your eyes 8 times. Next, use the index, middle, and ring fingers of both hands to massage the forehead 12 times. Start from the acupuncture point between the eyebrows and massage upwards, then separate to the left and right.
Section 4: Facial Massage
Stand naturally with feet apart. Rub your palms together in front of your chest and then cover your cheeks, massaging up and down 18 times. Pinch your nose with your index and thumb 10 times, then press the Yingxiang acupoints on both sides 6 times. Repeat this process three times. Finally, cover your mouth with both hands, support your cheeks with your thumbs, and press the Yingxiang acupoints with your index fingers. Open your mouth wide and stick out your tongue 16 times, clench your teeth 12 times.
Section 5: Facial Tapping
Rub your hands together to warm them up, then use the pads of your fingers to tap your face for 1-2 minutes. Rub your hands together again and then massage your body 16 times. Tap your face with the pads of your fingers at least 21 times. Practice these techniques daily without interruption for both cosmetic and health benefits.
