The Medicinal Benefits of Gardenia: A Natural Remedy for Various Health Conditions

  Ingredients: 2g bitter melon leaves, 2g gardenia, 3g red hawthorn

  Instructions:

  1. Wash the gardenia and red hawthorn. Preheat the tea cup with boiling water, drain the water, put the bitter melon leaves in the cup, and pour boiling water over the leaves until they are submerged. Pour out the tea within 5 seconds to moisten the leaves.

  2. Add the gardenia and red hawthorn to the bitter melon tea cup, pour boiling water again, cover the cup, and let it steep for about 5 minutes before drinking.

  Effects:

 3. Gardenia Flower Tea

  Ingredients: Dried gardenia flowers, hot water, honey or rock sugar as needed

  Instructions:

  1. Take out two or three dried gardenia flowers and put them in a cup.

  2. Then add hot water and add honey or rock sugar to taste. After ten minutes, the tea is ready to be consumed.

  Effects: It can clear heat and purge fire, effectively preventing thirst and heatstroke.
