Goji berries, a popular health food ingredient in daily life, are loved by the public. There are various ways to consume goji berries, such as eating them raw, soaking them in water, making porridge, or boiling them in soup. Ingredients

10g goji berries, 3g chrysanthemum flowers.

Preparation

Place the goji berries and chrysanthemum flowers in a large covered cup;

Pour boiling water over them, cover and let steep for 15 minutes before drinking.

Usage

It is recommended to drink the tea one hour after waking up in the morning or half an hour after meals. Chrysanthemum flowers are a beneficial ingredient and goji berries can nourish the blood. Drinking it in the evening may affect sleep quality.

In addition, the best way to make goji berry and chrysanthemum tea is to use 5-6 chrysanthemum flowers and 5-6 goji berries, steeping them in boiling water. Drink it 2-3 times a week.
